Product characteristics

This single axis displacement stage features hardened steel linear bearings for precise movement and extended service life. The displacement table is pre equipped with a micrometer head or differential regulator as the driver, with 15 M6 screw holes on each displacement table and 2 06.0mm countersunk holes at the bottom. Users can install it onto the bread board or optical platform using M6 cap screws.
The total travel of the uniaxial displacement stage is 25mm. The PT-SD73 is equipped with a microprobe driver, which has a travel of 13mm and a partition of 10μm. For applications requiring higher resolution, the PT-SD74 displacement table with differential regulator is also provided. The rough adjustment can be locked by hand screws on the regulator. The stroke of the rough adjustment can be adjusted by 8mm, the movement of the rough adjustment is 0.35mm per revolution, and the precision of differential fine adjustment is 2μm.
In addition to being used as a single axis displacement table, the modular appearance design facilitates the assembly and assembly of two displacement tables to form an XY axis displacement table. If you want to build a displacement table with XYZ configuration, you need to use a right angle adapter.
