The crystal water cooling adjusting frame can fine tune the pitch and swing (θ x θ z) of the crystal. There is a water cooling tank inside the lens tube where the crystal is installed. The crystal can be cooled by connecting two water interfaces with external water sources. When in use, directly insert the crystal into the square hole for installation, lock it with screws, hold the crystal around, and then screw the lens barrel with crystal into the main body of the adjusting frame. There is a water-cooling tank inside the lens tube, which can connect the external water source through two water interfaces to cool the crystal.
There are threaded holes at the bottom of the adjusting frame, which can be directly installed on various lifting supports, or can be installed on the translation table or the optical flat plate through the adapter plate.
The product adopts super fine thread adjusting screw, with 0.25, 0.35 and 0.5 thread specifications. Among them, the resolution of 0.25mm and 0.35mm super fine thread is better, which is suitable for non high frequency repeated adjustment equipment, laboratory, enterprise R & D room and other occasions; the durability of 0.5mm fine thread is better, which is suitable for high frequency repeated operation, heavy load equipment or enterprise production line. Customers can choose the appropriate screw pitch according to their actual use status.
