The TG14-01 telescopic sleeve can provide a linear stroke of 4.1mm, and its non rotating movement design allows the screw mechanism to move the front mirror tube back and forth without any rotational motion, preventing the optical components or objective lens and lens sleeve installed inside from rotating during the movement process. This high-precision (0.5mm/revolution) mobile telescopic sleeve can accurately control the distance of optical components before fixing them in the system.
The internal and external threads of the telescopic sleeve are both SM1 (1.035 "-40) threads, with the external thread used for connection and fixation, and the internal thread used for translation. When operating, first set the φ An optical element of 1 inch (thickness ≤ 10.7mm) is installed in a telescopic sleeve, and then the sleeve is fixed with the SM1 internal thread component. The outer ring of TG14-01 can be used for precise positioning of optical elements. Equipped with an adapter, it can also be used to connect microscopic objectives for precise positioning in optical and mechanical systems.
The outer ring is laser engraved with arrows indicating "RETREAT" and "MOVE" for easy identification. After reaching the desired position, use a 0.9mm hex wrench to tighten the fixing screws on the casing to lock the position.
