Product Features:

Product features:
The stepping motor is equipped with 9-pin interface as standard, and the company's motion controller can realize automatic control.
The rotating shaft system is precisely processed by multiple processes, with high matching accuracy, large bearing capacity and long service life.
It adopts the worm gear and worm structure precisely researched and matched, which is comfortable to move, can rotate in any forward and reverse directions, and has small air return.
The ingenious air return structure can adjust the air return gap caused by long-term use.
The special structure design ensures the low end jump and eccentricity of the rotating table, making the rotating motion more stable.
The center through-hole of the rotary table and the rotation center have strict coaxiality requirements, and the center hole diameter of the rotary table has strict matching tolerance limits, which is convenient for customers to do precise positioning.
The scale ring on the periphery of the table top is a laser scribed scale, which can rotate relative to the table top to facilitate initial positioning and reading.
Stepper motor and worm are connected by high-quality elastic coupling, with synchronous transmission, good depolarization performance, reduced eccentric disturbance and low noise.
The electric rotary table can be used horizontally or vertically, and can be combined with other types of tables to form a multi-dimensional electric adjustment table.
Optional: add limit function, add initial zero position, replace servo motor, add rotary encoder, accept product restructuring and customization.
The three-phase stepping motor or servo motor can be replaced to increase the rotation speed and torque of the rotary table.
