Dielectric shortwave pass filter passes through 400-910 band and cuts off 675-1235nm band
Dielectric shortwave pass filter
Dielectric type short wave pass filter is often used to accurately select the band of transmitted or cut-off light. It is made of quartz glass coated with different dielectric materials. When the mixed beam with multiple wavelengths passes through the filter, the interference effect leads to the high transmittance of the light in the short wavelength band and the reflection and absorption of the light in the long wavelength band. The transition band between the transmittance band and the cutoff band of the filter is very narrow, and it is very sensitive to the angle. Only when the incident light is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular, the output beam of the corresponding band can be obtained.
